My French Window has a water leak and a considerably big gap letting in the very cold air to the loft which was supposed to be "completed" by a loft conversion specialist who is proud of his "craftsmanship".He also managed to SEAL off my roof access hatch so that I don't get any access to the roof.
When he was given his chance to rectify this error, he failed to even acknowledge the problem he has caused to my property.
To make matters worse, I had to pay 300 quid to a highly experienced chartered surveyor who is a favourite of barristers in order to let the loft builder admit his errors which should NOT have made in the first place and which need to be rectified.
As you can guess, I am not happy.
